Philly DA criticizes Kane's handling of sting case

PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Philadelphia's district attorney is criticizing Attorney General Kathleen Kane's decision to scuttle a sting operation in which five Democrats — including four state lawmakers — were allegedly caught on recordings accepting money or gifts. The Philadelphia Inquirer (http://bit.ly/1lckxxT ) on Saturday says District Attorney Seth Williams has written an opinion piece for Sunday's paper questioning Kane's decision — and defending two investigators who worked on the probe for the attorney general's office before going to work for Williams.
