No bail for Fallon man indicted in Oregon standoff

(AP) — A 44-year-old man northern Nevada man is among the latest suspects indicted on charges in connection with the armed occupation of an Oregon wildlife refuge. Lequieu made his an initial court appearance in court Reno Thursday after he and nine others were indicted on a single count of conspiracy to impede U.S. officers.
