Edwards releases budget proposal without taxes, only cuts

Man charged with robbery, assault of woman in Alabama

(AP) — Police say a man accused of assaulting a woman with a shotgun and robbing her after she refused to pay him money back has been arrested. Police Detective Kevin Jackson says she refused to return the money and Wright struck her in the face, head and body with a shotgun at least four times.
