Lawmakers dispute Snowden's declaration of victory

WASHINGTON (AP) — Members of Congress said Sunday they weren't impressed with Edward Snowden's recent publicity blitz calling for an end to mass surveillance and declaring that he's already accomplished his mission. Democratic Rep.
