Officer shooting suspect pleads guilty to fed drug charges

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) — A suspect in connection with a fatal shooting of an Albuquerque police officer in October has pleaded guilty to federal heroin trafficking and firearms charges. The 35-year-old Lymo previously had been convicted of several felony offenses including voluntary manslaughter, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon resulting in great bodily harm, fraud, and forgery.
