Colorado Springs homeless shelters full during storm

Davenport man sentenced in disability benefits fraud case

DAVENPORT, Iowa (AP) — A Davenport man has been sentenced to 15 months in federal prison after prosecutors say he continued to receive disability benefits while he was serving prison time in an unrelated case. Bailey was sentenced on Oct. 29, 2009, to up to 10 years in prison on a third-degree sexual abuse charge in Clinton County.
