Dates set in Okla. shelter group's ballot fight

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — A referee for the state's highest court on Monday set a date for oral arguments in a legal squabble over the ballot language for a proposed $500 million state bond issue to help Oklahoma school districts pay for safe-room shelters in schools.
