Twitter Admits 5% Of Its 'Users' Are Fake

There has long been speculation about how many users Twitter actually has, because there was no concrete number about how many accounts were inactive or fake. The New York Times reported this year that 20 million, or about 4%, of Twitter's users are, in fact, fraudulent.
