Drew has 'mild symptoms'

Red Sox manager John Farrell told reporters Sunday shortstop Stephen Drew is experiencing "mild symptoms" after being plunked in the head Thursday. He did some physical activity Saturday to gauge his readiness and he was still experiencing symptoms, so he was held out Sunday, according to the Boston Globe. Drew will have to pass an MLB administered concussion test before returning to action.
