Public viewing added for Willie Williams

A public viewing has been added for this Friday for former Philadelphia Police Commissioner Willie L. Williams. Williams, who rose up through the ranks to become Philadelphia's first black police commissioner in 1988, died April 26 at the age of 72 of pancreatic cancer at his home in Fayetteville, Ga.
